Karel Flores was born into a family of artists in Mexico City, and enjoyed a life filled with music and dance from earliest years.



She decided to move to New York City to pursue a career as a professional dancer in 2006 and from that point on her life changed. She joined the world famous Yamulee Dance Co, and learned and taught and travelled the world becoming one of the most respected dancers in the world of salsa. She now works and travels as a solo artist, choreographer and instructor bringing her flavour and energy to lovers of dance around the world.
