The National house of Vinohrady on the Namesti Miru is a gorgeous building with large marble staircases leading up to a big ballroom. It was built in only 15 months and opened in 1894. The Majakovsky Hall, is the main hall and features a large high stage and a large (but quite slippery) dance floor. A tip for the performers, the stage is also slippery.
