Shop Terms & Conditions Sales Terms:Bailaqui was created by dancers and so we understand how important it is to dancers to have great shoes. Our mission is to provide comfortable, fashionable and premium quality dance shoes with affordable price. Below are the sales terms and conditions from our store. Please read through carefully before placing oder. By completing your order at our store you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you have any additional question, please do not hesitate to contact us. Shoe size:we use standard European shoe sizes. For women please order your true European street shoe size. If your feet are very narrow order half size smaller than your true European street shoe size. Please do not use your dance shoe size from other companies. To convert your shoe size into European size, please see our shoe size chart. Heel height:Our heels are measured from the longer part of the heel. Other companies may use different methods to define the heel height. Customization:We are happy to customize our shoes to your special needs / requests for a small additional charge. We require 14 working days to produce the custom shoes once the order has been made. Please send us your request to sales@bailaqui.com. Payment:We use PayPal for all our transactions. You do NOT need a paypal account to be able to pay as PayPal will process your credit card details for us. Shipping:Shipping cost is $15 for the first pair of shoes, and +$5 for every additional pair. Our shoes are shipped out internationally from Hongkong via DHL express service. Depending on where you live and whether the shoes you order are in stock, delivery can take from 5 days to 3 weeks. Shoes that are in stock will be shipped out within 3 working days after receiving order. If the shoes you order are not in stock, we will produce and ship them within 14 working days. We will send you an email notification with shipment details once your items are sent. You can track the delivery status online. There may be holdups in customs that delay the receipt of shoes, or the custom may require you to pay some taxes and duties on the goods. Bailaqui is not responsible for any delays caused by a countries customs laws and any additional payments required for picking up the shoes. Change / Cancel order:You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours after submission. Please simply email to sales@bailaqui.com with your request and order number. After 24 hours you will have to receive your order first and follow our return / exchange policy. Return / Exchange:We are happy to accept returns if the shoes are UNWORN / UNUSED . The request must be made within 14 days after receiving the shoes. Please return the items in their original packaging including the shoe bags. If the original shoe box is not available, please use a suitable shipping box to safeguard the items from damage. Please be aware that if the shoes are not properly packed your refund/exchange may not be processed due to damage incurred during transport. The shipping cost is not refundable. We have distribution offices in the USA, Germany, Australia and Hong Kong. Returns can be sent to either of these offices. Please email us your request including order number to sales@bailaqui.com. We will then email you the detailed return address. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for returns to be processed. We will refund your money after checking the returned item. In case of exchange, you will need to pay the additional shipping cost. We will ship out your exchange item as soon as we receive your payment. |
